libatk1-ruby1.8-dbg software package provides Transitional package for ruby-atk-dbg, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatk1-ruby1.8-dbg
libatk1-ruby1.8-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libatk1-ruby1.8-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatk1-ruby1.8-dbg *
